Know Thyself
It is hard to find a school of thought that does not perceive the self as the starting point of the perception of reality and others. As a leader, I will never be able to develop people if I do not know myself in depth and the impact my behaviours and actions have on others.

The deeper the insight we have into ourselves, the higher our level of consciousness will be and the better we will be able to make a positive impact on others. The stronger the insight of our strengths and weaknesses, the better leaders, and persons we will become
